We have started our brand building hub and brand representation hub business in 2018, and since then we have achieved a lot. Our first major focus brand was Cosori. Now we are moving to a multi-brand hub.

Cosori was named several times in the top brands of the air fryer market since then.

Now we are stepping out into the spotlight so that you can understand who we are, what we are doing, and which brands we are dealing with.

We understand there are great prices on the market with different options, but we don't think it's worth the hassle of not getting support after.

We know these products are popular and appear in many places. However, if you purchased through a channel that isn't officially supported by AmazeStore, we may not be able to assist you directly and we'll kindly point you back to the seller you bought from.

Most of these opportunistic players might not have local support materials, warranty, or even stock itself, and you need to wait, and you might get a canceled order.

To make sure you're always fully supported, we recommend buying only through our official channels.

Simply browse our webshop, add your items to the cart, and check out. You'll receive an email confirmation once your purchase is complete.

We accept cash on delivery and selected bank cards and methods through Shopify Payments. All payments are processed securely.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible at one of the options on the Contact page with your order number and we'll see what we can do. Once your parcel is on its way, the returns process applies.

Orders are typically processed within 1 day.

After processing, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping is calculated according to the options set at checkout, you'll see the exact cost before you confirm your order.

Yes. After your parcel ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email (provided through a separate system) so you can follow your order every step of the way.

If something isn't right, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions set by European Union legislation. To start the process, contact us via one of the options on the Contact page.

Once we receive and check your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. We start immediately but banks take time. We will use the card details that you purchased with by default.

We're sorry if that happens, that's not wow or amazing. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at one of the options set on the Contact page with your order number and a photo / video of the issue, and we'll make it right quickly.

Yes. As an official distributor, every product comes with the manufacturer's warranty. The length depends on the product's value:

• Products under HUF 250,000: 2 years warranty
• Products over HUF 250,000: 3 years warranty

Please note: accessories are not covered by warranty, and some special products come with extended warranty up to 5 years. Keep your proof of purchase, as you may need it to make a claim.
